Travel directions:      From Ayr head south on the A77 through Maybole, Girvan, and Ballantrae. As you aproach the sea (Loch Ryan) there is a small road to the right  which takes you to Finnarts Bay.     (see surface pictures)  

Parking directions: Close to the shore

Lat & Long:    N55 00.623 W5 03.028

Site entry/exit:     Enter the water from the shore              

Underwater directions: Enter the water and head straight out and dive along the boulder slope max depth 15m then sandy bottom.

Site Hazards:   large waves that reach the shore approximately 30 minutes after a ferry has passed
