Hello everyone,

I am new to diving and to internet forums (technophobe), but dipping my toes in the water...

Based in Edinburgh, I am interesting in diving off the beautiful Scottish coastline and even more interested if I can eat something that I find! (Does that make me bad? Or a cannibal?!) I don't think I pose any great threat to the shellfish stocks, especially diving to a mere 40cm. I plan to go deeper though and would like to pick your collective brains in due course!

Have fun.

Hi, been lurking in the shadows for a while now, thought i would pop in and say hello.

Based in Fife, dive mainly in the Forth. Dive with Cupar SAC.

I have been known to frequent other diving forums but I like the look of this place, especially the information on the wrecks!

Cheers

Very Happy Hi all!

Just joined today to see if you can teach me a thing or two about all the interesting dive sites we have around our coastline. I've been diving with South Queensferry Sub Aqua Club (BSAC 1262) since Oct 2004 and have dived around The Moray Firth, Ullapool, Skye, Oban / Sound of Mull, The Clyde, West coast sea lochs and The Forth. Currently investigating wrecks from Elie round to Stonehaven and am interested in any advice people are willing to share.

Been doing AD training lately, but won't get it signed off for quite some time as I still need to build up and consolidate Dive Leader skills first. Hopefully, I can contribute enough to warrant being a member. But don't expect to much too soon as I still have a lot to learn.

Jason.
