Type of Dive: The Boathouse on Loch Duich is a smoothed rocky reef and wall with small overhangs out from the boathouse to 15m. 

Suggested Experience: Novice at slack water.

Travel directions: Its 61 miles from Fort William (90 mins) Take the A82 up the side of Loch Lochy, At Invergarry turn left onto the A87 to Sheil bridge turn left onto the old military road, Turn right for Ratagan from here its 4.7 miles along the coast road. Google

Parking directions: There is parking for one car at the boathouse and two cars 50m before.

Site entry/exit:  Its a pretty easy walk to the shore then a simple walk over the stones.

Underwater directions: Enter the water drop to about 15m and turn right, you will come to a smoothed rocky reef with small overhangs...reef goes up to about 8m, covered with squirts, vase-shaped sponges, very pretty in weedy shallow 2m to 4m, its worth a look around the seaweeds. Further out there is a wall bottoming out at 30m then sloping deeper.
