Travel directions: From Glasgow / Edinburgh: Approx 3 hours drive. Follow local directions below to Crianlarich. From Edinburgh head North (M9/A84/A85) via Stirling and Callander to Crianlarich. From Glasgow head for Loch Lomond along A82 (turning right at Tarbet) to Crianlarich.From Crianlarich, follow A82 through Glencoe and Ballachulish following signs for Onich / Fort William onto the A830 then left at Lochailort onto the A861 south to Whale rock ( see google map below)

Tides: Tide Tables Tides are not a problem but best dived at or near high tide.
Depth: 5-7m
Site entry/exit: Enter the water at the beach with whale rock on the left.
Underwater directions: Keep whale rock on your right shoulder and circumnavigate the rock. Look in all the cracks and gully's as you will have plenty time at this shallow depth.
